The BDT solver enables decision-makers to compare various feasible combinations for project selection while maintaining a defined level of confidence. The primary objective of this research was to develop a solver that can effectively identify the optimal project selection, as well as present a range of other feasible alternatives, thereby providing a comprehensive and holistic view that considers the inherent uncertainty associated with the problem. The feasible combinations are ranked by their return in descending order and the key advantage of the BDT algorithm is its ability to allow decision-makers to explore other project combinations for their portfolio.
