Workshop Takeaways from Basel ✈️

Frida, Johanna and I are on our way home after moderating a hands-on modeling & simulation workshop in Basel with a portfolio team here. It was a strong session—smart questions, productive debate, and several insights around how simulation helps us make better project and portfolio decisions under uncertainty.
