New AI Features in Captario SUM: SUMBuddy & Model Guide

We’ve just released two new AI-powered features into Captario SUM—both designed to make portfolio modeling and strategic evaluation faster, clearer, and more accessible.

The first is SUMBuddy, a conversational assistant trained on Captario’s white papers, blog content, and system documentation. SUMBuddy helps users understand modeling concepts, portfolio evaluation approaches, and how to navigate features in Captario SUM. Whether you're comparing project strategies, exploring how correlated risks are modeled, or just need a refresher on valuation metrics, SUMBuddy is there to guide you in real time.

The second feature is the Model Guide, which offers a transparent view into the inner workings of your models. It helps you understand how metrics like NPV or revenue are calculated, how inputs are connected, and how different assumptions drive outputs.
